Two, combination switch
1. Combination switch, also known as omnipotent transfer switch, is a multi-channel multi-pole master switch that can control multiple electrical circuits. It has more operating positions, can be used as a remote control switch of power distribution equipment, a variety of instrument switching switch, positive and negative conversion switch and two-speed motor speed switch.
2, the combination switch has the characteristics of compact structure, small size, reliable operation and easy to use.
1) The touch system of the combined switch is composed of a number of embedded dynamic and static contact seats. The moving contact is a double breakpoint butt type contact bridge. Each contact bridge relies on the spring to touch the static contact, and it is connected or disconnected by the CAM set on the hexagonal rotating shaft.
2) The closing law of each contact of the combination switch is described by the contact closing table. In the table, the state of the contact "X" when the switch handle is in a certain position indicates that the contact is closed at this time. This combination switch is commonly used on the switchboard to measure the voltage and current of each phase or to select the control method and control position of a certain equipment.
3, the combination switch in use should pay attention to not overload operation, it is best not to load on and off the power supply, to avoid damage to the switch contacts, reduce the service life.
