Limit Switch installation tutorial (Note: Not applicable to all limit switches)

Limit switch is a kind of azimuth switch, is a commonly used small current master electrical appliance. The contact action of the production of mechanical moving parts is used to complete the connecting or breaking control circuit, to achieve a certain control purpose.

Limit switch, used to control the travel of mechanical equipment and limit protection. In the practice of production, the limit switch device in the pre-arranged position, when the module installed in the production of mechanical moving parts touch the limit switch, the limit switch contact action, complete the circuit switching. Therefore, limit switch is a kind of moving parts according to the stroke of the bearing and switch circuit electrical equipment, its effect principle is similar to the button.

The structure inside the limit switch is the same as the general manual button and foot button, but the operation mechanism outside is different, there are rotary, there is a push type, when the movement mechanism runs in place, touch the operating mechanism of the limit switch, drive the internal switch contact to open and close.

(1) When installing the limit switch, it is necessary to check whether the stop iron can bump the limit opening moment when walking in place, and it must not bump in the middle or other parts of the limit switch.

(2) In the device or in the view of the limit switch, it should be fixed firmly, and the hand toggle or press the limit switch action head, listen carefully to the sound, see whether there is a "snap" sound, if not, should open the limit switch, adjust the screw connecting the micro switch and action shaft.
