(1) Air leakage
Air leakage will constitute a lack of air pressure, which makes it difficult to open and close the forced valve. The reason is that the sealing gasket is damaged or the spool valve is worn and several cavities are channeling. When dealing with the switching system of the solenoid valve failure, should choose the appropriate opportunity, such as the solenoid valve in the loss of power to deal with, if not completed in a switching gap, the switching system can be suspended, calm treatment.
(2) The solenoid valve is stuck
The gap between the slide valve sleeve and the spool of the explosion-proof solenoid valve is very small (less than 0.008mm). Generally, it is a single installation. When there are mechanical impurities or too little lubricating oil, it is easy to get stuck. The treatment method can be wire from the head hole into, so that it springs back. The bottom solution is to remove the solenoid valve, take out the spool and spool sleeve, clean with CCI4, so that the spool is sensitive in the valve sleeve. When disassembling, we should pay attention to the installation sequence and external connection orientation of each component, so as to reinstall and connect correctly. We should also check whether the spray hole of the oil mist is blocked and whether the lubricating oil is enough.

Principle: When energized, the electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil lifts the sealing parts from the seat, and the valve opens; Power off, the electromagnetic force disappears, the spring closed parts pressed on the seat, the valve is closed.
Characteristics: In vacuum, negative pressure, zero pressure can work normally, but the diameter is generally not more than 25mm.
Pilot operated solenoid valve: 8 C3 w$p! O5 a/ _
Principle: When energized, the electromagnetic force opens the pilot hole, the upper chamber pressure drops rapidly, and the lower and higher pressure difference is formed around the sealing parts. The fluid pressure pushes the sealing parts to move upward, and the valve is opened. Power off, the spring force to close the pilot hole, the inlet pressure through the bypass hole agile chamber around the valve parts to form a low high pressure difference, fluid pressure to promote the closing parts move down, closed the valve.
Step direct acting solenoid valve
Principle: explosion-proof solenoid valve is a combination of direct action and pilot principle, when there is no pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet, after electricity, the electromagnetic force directly to the pilot small valve and the main valve closed parts in turn up, the valve open. When the inlet and outlet reach the starting pressure difference, energized, the electromagnetic force pilot small valve, the main valve chamber pressure rises, the upper chamber pressure drops, so as to use the pressure difference to push the main valve upward; When the power is off, the pilot valve uses spring force or medium pressure to promote the closure parts, move down, so that the valve is closed.
