How to maintain pneumatic actuator

Publish time: 2023-05-04 14:27:17

The daily maintenance of the pneumatic actuator should keep the air source dry and clean, and the air filter used with the actuator should be emptied regularly, so as not to enter the solenoid valve and the actuator, affecting the normal work. The outside of the actuator is clean and dust-free. The actuator should not be polluted by water vapor, water or oil.

The seal of the pneumatic actuator should be good, and the sealing surface and sealing point should be complete and firm, tight and without damage. The inlet and outlet joints of the cylinder are not allowed to have damage; All parts of the cylinder and trachea system should be carefully checked to keep the air pressure normal. The pipe shall not be dented and shall be kept unblocked. There shall be no leakage that may affect the service performance. Whether solenoid valve, air source treatment triplet, or positioner air source pipeline connection, should be intact, no leakage phenomenon. The power supply signal or the regulating signal of the electrical part should have no phase, short circuit, open circuit and other faults. The shell protection joint should be tightly connected to prevent water, moisture and dust erosion, to ensure the normal operation of the solenoid valve or positioner. Signal responder should be intact to ensure signal transmission of valve switch position, manual operation mechanism should be well lubricated, flexible opening and closing.

Pneumatic valve sets are field instruments and should be maintained and maintained regularly. Perennial clean, good lubrication, complete accessories is the guarantee of normal operation of pneumatic valve products.

The outer surface of the valve on the pneumatic actuator should be kept clean, and dirt such as dust, oil and medium residue should be removed often. Valve moving parts must be kept clean to avoid wear and corrosion. Operation, the valve should be intact, no leakage, open and close flexible. All valve parts shall be intact and in good condition. Both the flange and the bolt on the support are indispensable. The thread should be intact and not loose. If loose is found, it should be tightened in time to avoid wearing the connection and causing incorrect opening and closing position, leading to leakage. The real material gland is not allowed to tilt, so as to avoid friction with the valve stem, resulting in actuator failure or normal operation.

Therefore, it is very important to maintain and maintain the pneumatic valve, so as to make the whole pneumatic instrument control system in a normal working state. Under normal working conditions, check at least once a month and once a year.
