What faults should be paid attention to when using air filter

Air filter is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, machinery, light industry, textile, automobile manufacturing, electronics, food, medicine, biochemistry, national defense, scientific research and other industries and sectors that need compressed air purification.

Air filter in use need to pay attention to the place:

1. After cleaning, if the initial resistance value of the filter is lower than the initial resistance value when the filter is installed and used for the first time, it shall not be used and should be replaced in time; Filter after 2 times of cleaning even if the pressure difference is greater than the initial value should be replaced.

2. When taking high efficiency filter, the container should be upside down to make the high efficiency filter land smoothly.

3. Check whether the filter is damaged after cleaning, if any, it should be replaced in time. Do not rub during cleaning, nor machine wash or dry.

4. In the cleaning process, the primary and middle effect filters are forbidden to be confused, and should be numbered to distinguish.

5. Each air filtration system should have a spare set of filters for timely replacement during cleaning.
