Structural principle

The valve miraculously combines the pilot solenoid valve, manual valve and throttle valve into one. The pilot valve receives the electrical signal switch and drives the main valve. Adjusting screws A and B can adjust the applicable range of medium viscosity and the main valve opening and closing time, and can compensate after the main valve wear. When the pilot valve needs to be repaired, it can be removed by tightening the conditioning screw B and the isolation screw C, and can be operated by manual screw. The screw can also be used to preset solenoid valves for active control of large or small flows.

Device pipeline: both manual function, save three manual valves, can be repaired online, greatly reducing costs.
