7, before the solenoid valve takeover, use 0.3MPa pressure to flush the pipeline, remove the metal powder and sealing material residue in the pipeline, rust and scale.

8, the solenoid valve is generally oriented, can not be installed in reverse, usually in the valve body with "→" indicates the direction of the medium flow, installation should be installed in accordance with the direction of "→" indicated, but the company may sometimes in the vacuum pipe or special circumstances there will be a proposal to install except.

9, to confirm, the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the nozzle whether there is leakage.

10, the connection of the coil lead line should be checked, especially in the case of three lead lines.

11, electrical components connected to the solenoid valve, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contact should not vibrate when opening the valve, otherwise the work will be unreliable and affect its solenoid valve life.

12, the electrical circuit to access the corresponding insurance line, as the protection of the electrical circuit.

13, the installation of the solenoid valve should have a certain reserved space for daily maintenance and regular maintenance.

14, the installation with a wrench or pipe pliers to fix the valve body, and then screw on the nozzle, do not force on the electromagnetic coil assembly and cause deformation, so that the solenoid valve is difficult to work normally.

15, in the case of insufficient pipeline rigidity, or water hammer phenomenon, please fix the valve before and after the nozzle with a support.

16, when used in frozen places, it is necessary to protect the pipeline with thermal insulation materials or set a heater on the pipeline.

17, installation position: the solenoid parts of the general solenoid valve should be vertically upward, vertically installed in the pipeline at the level of the ground, if by space restrictions or working conditions must be based on the side of the building sewer pipe or inverted installation, please put forward in the selection of orders. 18, pay attention to the takeover, sealing materials can not be used too much.
