The electric valve drives the valve stem through the motor to drive the spool action, and the electric valve is divided into (turn-off valve) and regulating valve. The turn-off valve is a two-position type of work that is fully open and fully closed, and the regulating valve is installed on the electric valve positioner, which makes the valve dynamically stable in a position through closed-loop adjustment.
Comparison of the use of electric valve and solenoid valve:
Solenoid valve: Used for switching control of liquid and gas lines, it is two-position DO control. Generally used for small pipe control.
Electric valve: For liquid, gas and wind system pipeline medium flow analog adjustment, is AI control. In the control of large valves and wind systems, electric valves can also be used as two-position switch control.
Solenoid valve: can only be used as a switching quantity, is DO control, can only be used for small pipe control, commonly found in DN50 and below pipes.
Electric valve: can have AI feedback signals, can be controlled by DO or AO, compared to large pipelines and wind valves.
