The electromagnetic valve selected by the refrigerator is mostly bistable solenoid valve, which is controlled by the pulse sent by the main control board

The primary reason why the solenoid valve does not act is:

1, the main control board does not output pulse signal or only output the same pulse signal, forming the valve body can not reverse;

2. The output pulse amplitude of the main control board is not enough;

3, the PTC resistance of the solenoid valve is burned;

4. solenoid valve coil is burned;

5, the system has impurities stuck valve body.

Solution: Replace the main control board or solenoid valve.

Two, the noise of the solenoid valve

The primary reason for the formation of solenoid valve noise is:

1, the solenoid valve is fixed in the box body is not tight resonance;

2, bistable solenoid valve directly plus 220V communication voltage;

3. Capacitor leakage, breakdown and reverse electromotive force associated with the main control board and the solenoid valve affect the solenoid valve;

4. The solenoid valve itself is faulty.

Solution: Replace the main control board or solenoid valve.

Three, solenoid valve leakage

1. There is sand hole in the welding part of the solenoid valve pipeline.

2. The wall of the solenoid valve is thin, and the welding seam is broken when the device is installed.

3. Gas inside the solenoid valve body.

Treatment: Replace the solenoid valve.
