How to debug height limit device


The debugging steps of tower crane lifting height limit are as follows:


1. The lifting height stopper should be adjusted under no load of the tower crane, and the micro switch should be separated from the pressure. Acknowledge the sensitivity and reliability of the two-gear lifting limit microswitch. When the micro switch corresponding to the CAM is pressed down, the power supply of the fast rising operation is blocked, and the lifting hook can only rise at a low speed. When the micro switch corresponding to the CAM is pressed down, the power supply of the lifting operation is blocked, and the lifting hook can only fall and not rise.


2. When the hook is raised in the meantime, make the vertical distance between the top and the bottom of the trolley be 1.3m or 1m, set the shaft 2Z, make the CAM 2T move until the micro switch 2WK is instantaneously changed, and tighten the nut.


3. Raise the lifting hook at a low speed so that the vertical distance from the top to the bottom of the trolley is 1 m or 0.7 m, set the shaft 1Z, make the CAM 1T action to make the micro switch 1WK instantaneous replacement, tighten the nut.


4. Repeated no-load verification and correction of the height limit of the two gears.



5. When the hoist pulley block ratio is changed, the height limit should be adjusted from scratch.
