Solenoid valve coil has two wires, a wire is red, DC power supply 24V positive, the other is a blue line, DC power supply negative, in the solenoid valve red indicator light is positive and negative, if the line is reversed, the solenoid valve indicator light will not be bright, but it can still make the solenoid valve action. In the real control circuit, the solenoid valve can be controlled by a variety of relays, it can also be controlled by the output terminal of PLC.

Solenoid valve can be divided into one-way solenoid valve and two-way solenoid valve, one-way solenoid valve used to control a single direction of the cylinder movement, can complete the cylinder extension and retraction movement; Two-way solenoid valve can control the intake and outlet of the cylinder, so as to complete the extension and retraction of the cylinder. In the sorting organization production line, the solenoid valve used by the pneumatic manipulator is two-way, and the solenoid valve used for sorting materials on the material conveyor belt is one-way.

The difference between one-way solenoid valve and two-way solenoid valve is that the initial bearing of one-way solenoid valve is arbitrary, it can control the two bearing at will. The initial orientation of the one-way solenoid valve is fixed, and it can only operate in one direction.

Working principle

We use an air hand claw clamping and loosening to clarify the working process of the solenoid valve. Let's use the one-way solenoid valve control for example, when the solenoid valve drive coil power, its internal normally open contact will be closed, will make the 24 volt voltage control valve power, at the moment the valve will be closed into conduction, the high pressure air gas source will go through the gas pipe into the claw, the claw clamp; When the solenoid valve power, at the moment the internal solenoid valve will automatically close under the action of the spring, the claw will automatically open. This one-way solenoid valve is through the internal electromagnetic coil power and power to open and disconnect the pneumatic tube, so it has two pneumatic pipelines, one is the intake pipe, the other is the air line.

When the claw is controlled by a two-way solenoid valve, the grip of the claw will use a solenoid valve at the moment, and the release of the claw will use another solenoid valve. At this time, they need two groups of four air pipes to complete the intake and outlet. When we operate the two-way solenoid valve, we do not allow two solenoid valves to generate electricity together.

Solenoid valve is widely used in hydraulic control and pneumatic control, such as in the automatic water production line and hydraulic control circuit will use a lot of solenoid valve, it can not only control the flow of gas into and out, it can also control the flow of liquid into and out. When using gas as a driving medium, he needs a compressor source for high pressure gas, such as an air compressor.
