Air filters are divided into different precision levels, so the order of equipment can not be mistaken, assuming that the order is wrong, not only will affect the cleanliness of the compressed air, but also affect the life of the compressed air filter. Therefore, the correct equipment order is to get clean compressed air conditions.

Grade of compressed air filter:

P stage: pre-condensation filter, filtering accuracy 3μm

Grade U: Through the filter, filtering accuracy is 1μm, at 20℃, the remaining oil content is less than 0.1mg/m³

Grade H: precision filter, filtration accuracy is 0.01μm, at 20℃ condition, residual oil content is less than 0.01mg/m³

S grade: oil removal filter, filtration accuracy is 0.01μm, at 20℃, the remaining oil content is less than 0.001mg/m³, and H grade filter used together

Grade C: activated carbon odor removal filter, can be used for oil-lubricated compressor, at 20℃, the remaining oil content is less than 0.001mg/m³, used together with H grade filter

Attention to the order of compressed air filter equipment:

1, should be equipped with the principle of coarse after fine combination, order can not be inverted

2, Practice through the compressed air filter compressed air flow, pressure, temperature can not exceed the rating of the filter

3, in the equipment must be careful of the inlet and outlet of the compressed air filter

4, the equipment should have a certain height from the ground, convenient replacement and other operations
