4, fluid viscosity: usually below 50cSt can be arbitrarily selected, if more than this value, you should choose a high-viscosity solenoid valve.

三. Select the solenoid valve according to the pipeline parameters: diameter specification (i.e. DN) and interface mode

1, according to the field pipe diameter size or flow requirements to determine the diameter (DN) size.

2, interface mode, generally >DN50 to choose the flange interface, ≤DN50 can be free to choose according to user needs.

四, electrical selection: voltage specifications should be preferred AC220V, DC24 is more convenient.

五, according to the pressure parameters to select the solenoid valve: principle and structural varieties

1, nominal pressure: This parameter has the same meaning as other general valves, and is determined according to the nominal pressure of the pipeline.

2, working pressure: if the working pressure is low, you must choose direct action or step by step principle; When the low working pressure difference is above 0.04Mpa, the direct acting type, the step direct acting type and the pilot type can be selected.

六. Select auxiliary functions according to environmental requirements: explosion-proof, check, manual, waterproof fog, water shower, diving

1, explosive environment: must choose the corresponding explosion-proof level of the solenoid valve (our company's existing: d II BT4, d II CT5, Ex m I/II T4).

2, when the fluid in the tube has the phenomenon of backflow, you can choose our company OK71-N, OK72-N series with check function solenoid valve.

3, when the need for on-site manual operation of the solenoid valve, you can choose our company OK71-S, OK72-S series with manual function solenoid valve.

4, outdoor installation or dust occasions should choose waterproof, dust-proof varieties (protection level above IP54).

5, for the fountain must be used submersible solenoid valve (protection level above IP68).
